Taylor has syndicated over $200 million of multifamily investments and residential deals, mainly focused on large-scale off-market multifamily repositioning projects in secondary to primary markets with value-add opportunity. He has over 50 multifamily projects across multiple markets completely renovated and rent repositioned under his leadership.
Perkins applies his 'on-the-ground' style to his acquisitions to make sure every moving part is visualized and accounted for, spending months in a market learning everything about it before he begins his acquisition ramp-ups there. He believes there is so much more to a real estate market than statistics; there are microcosms in each market that are predictors of the path of growth, and he knows how to find them allowing his partners and investors to reap healthy margins on their projects during the acquisition.
He currently owns over 700 doors in Nashville, multiple commercial and development projects, and over a dozen residential rental properties along with his portfolio in Austin, Texas valued at over $20 million.
